My daughter is so close to getting her splits and after watching some videos on how to encourage her to finally get them solidly, I saw some girls using a band just like this one. The band is nice and thick, pink (which my daughter loves) and comfortable while still giving her the stretch she needs to finally get her splits. It was a little difficult to figure out how to get the band comfortably on her so she could really sit in the stretch for awhile but once we figured it out, she can comfortably sit while we watch tv. It's also been great to help her work on getting her needle which she needs a lot of work on. Make sure you keep feet bare while using this because socks or tights could potentially cause it to slip and potentially hurt since it is just a huge thick rubber band!

Great, quality product. Its very thick and stretchy. At the same time, it provides resistance, so I really feel the stretch when I use it. For me, stretching is a chore, especially when I am trying to hold a stretch for a long time. This product makes it a breeze. The time seems to pass by much quicker because it makes holding a stretch a lot easier. I've only been using it for two days, but so far, its been great--would definitely recommend it.

I bought this product for my daughter who studies ballet. So far she is loving it and I do see a difference (and safer) in her Stretches and flexibility. It allows her to stretch to her maximum capability without potential injuries and promotes correct leg alignment while stretching. I've seen a couple other students at her dance school using it and thought it was neat. So I Looked it up! Glad to have found your product! Only thing is that we would love to see included a booklet of some kind describing various stretches and uses with this product. We love it and as a mom (and former dancer) I feel more comforted to know she is preventing injury. Thank you!

I began using this band the moment I received it. I'm 53 years old, and I'm always looking to increase my flexibility . I was never a dancer or gymnast , but I always wanted to be limber , because I feel better when I am, and this band helps me with my yoga practice . The customer service is outstanding ! I got this to help with my flexibility for Taekwondo. As an adult, flexibility is one of the most difficult aspects of learning TKD. I haven't had this band for long, but I already see a difference. It is very effective, in spite of the funny looks I get from my cats and husband and the jokes I get from my friends who ask: "Now WHICH section of Amazon sells this?!?" Joking aside, it is an excellent product.

This band is fantastic! It has the perfect amount of tension and flexibility to allow both inexperienced, out of shape people to slowly ease into stretches but can also be an impressive and challenging aid for those already praticed. And this is waaayyyy cheaper than the other options I searched for. Great product, and great customer service! Very pleased!
