Very easy to use
Very useful but the wheels breakdown easy(they wear quickly) or maybe I just put too much on it at one time!

The small wheels don’t handle wait well
I put about 250 pounds on this thing because I carry brake chambers and the small wheels don’t like to move they stop rolling they don’t go over bumps well I feel like they’re gonna break soon

Small Wheels Fall Off
These dolly's are great until their wheels fall off. I bought two for work and each one lost a wheel the first week of use. The people using them couldn't find the nut that holds them into place. I tried to get replacement nuts, but it's not a standard size, so that didn't work.

Broken
This truck/dolly arrived partially assembled with the flat metal piece for the bottom of the truck already screwed on, but the screws were stripped of fused with the nuts and mine couldn't be lowered all the way and I couldn't take it off myself. Then when I went to assemble the wheels of it my swivel wheel screw was also stripped and the whole wheel was useless, it couldn't stay on. I coldness use the product I toughie for either of its uses.

Flimsy hardware.
I had problems with this product the first day I used it. I had to upgrade the parts that keep it together. I was very disatisfied but once the company found out I was unhappy they contacted me and offered to replace it for me. Impressive customer servixe. I f you have any concerns contact them first before you order you will find they are the most helpful. I will for sure use them again as it is rare these days to get good service.

Very durable and easy to use. Storing the dolly is easy as well. Great product especially for the price.
