Returned product???
No armrest pads as says in description, perfectly packaged and sealed box, however all contents came in pre opened, torn bags. Total bummer. Have to return it.

FIND IT INCREDIBLE THAT A SO CALLED CARE COMPANY CAN PACK AND SEND ACROSS THE ATLANTIC AN ITEM TO ASSIST A WHEELCHAIR USER IN A TOTALLY USELESS BADLY MANUFACTURED STATE. THE LEFT SIDE WING COMPLETELY BROKEN INSIDE A PERFECTLY SOUND UNDAMAGED BOX. AFTER HAVING TO WAIT FOR DELIVERY FOR URGENT USE IN A CARE HOME THIS ITEM ONLY SUCCEEDED IN CAUSING A GREAT DEAL OF UPSET AND ADDITIONAL WORK TO SEND IT BACK AGAIN.

Had to return as it did not fit properly and was not as expected.
