The scooter unfortunately arrived late and must have had problems in transit because the box was damaged, However, customer services were very communicative and helpful. They gave me some options of refund, collection or some compensation and we came to a mutual agreement which was very fair and we are very satisified. We did keep the scooter and although we have not used it much yet, it seems very nice, sturdy and does what expected. As a portable scooter, if you are taking it on the train, it is quite big and heavy, but it is possible to fold the handle down and take it with you.

Goes real well , easy to use . The only thing I didn't like was the weld of the braking system to the frame. Very very shoddy. Shame otherwise it would be a 10/10 scooter but for this I will give it 8.5/10

Brilliant is a Xmas present for a 9 year old but found I have nicked it more. We have both riden it at same time holds weight with no difference in speed. Shop is a 35 min walk we went and took 8 mins. She knew what she was doing straight away so easy to set up fold down the touch screen is easy also.looks expensive well it should really for price. The only down side is I have sent messages asking for info about spare parts just in case I need them as I have a puppy what chews wires ie charger where to find one as sellers on amazon if you notice never show the ends of cables or charger heads and I'm still waiting for a response

BEWARE DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTERPurchased this as a gift after 5 months of use it broke. The accelerator stopped working and the company told me to repair it myself. They only offered second hand parts, offered to repair with second hand parts if I pay to send back to them. They refused to do anything then stopped communicating. Amazon were no help either and we were left out of pocket for £280. Item not fit for purpose, company take your money and fail to help when faulty. Took insurance out on item but can not use this as it still under warranty that the company will not uphold. The company also email pretending that they have not spoken to them before even though you have 6 months (update) of email correspondence. Can't get address of company to start proceedings to get money, only a warehouse listed. The email address on their web site is ignored. Amazon say it is not their problem. Believe all the one star reviews this company are this bad and worse.... Don't ruin someone xmas or birthday (or any day) buying this substandard scooter.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS AWFUL ITEM

Brought for my son for Christmas and him and his dad both love this so much, they are thinking of getting another! It's quick, the battery lasts and it's foldable so perfect for storage. Now that the evenings are still a bit dark, it has lights on, so they can still go out round the block. Fab scooter all round!

I bought this for a friend, who's 50. He loves it and claims it's the best present he's ever been bought. He's a bit of a rebel on it and I struggle to keep up on a bike. He loves it. I've been on it too and it's a lot of fun to ride. At top speed it doesn't FEEL fast but I can't keep up on my bike so it is quick. Goes up steep hills and only slows down a bit. Was a great buy.

The battery went down to 10 min max within 5 months, break pads got worn-out within 3 weeks!!!! I had to battle the customer service and ended up buying new ones on my own and changing them. I choose that brand because I had to cut the cost and didn't want to spend money on xiao mi. Now I got Xiaomi again, best brand so far. I travel to work 1h one way so I need something reliable. This e scooter is good for teens to ride for fun maybe but not for daily use.On the other hand with Xiaomi battery stays solid for over a year, break pads last month's and might need small adjustments at worst.Not sponsored by xiao mi, I'm just disappointed with this one here.
