Oh seafood boils how I missed you
Me and crawfish boils have been on quite a hiatus of me longing for one, but just not ever quite having the time to do it. But when I got these I finally had the kick in the pants to do it again. The flavors these have is amazing and does pack a kick for those that don’t like a lot of heat so I would recommend some additional ears of corn or potatoes if you have those that can’t take the heat.In terms of quality, you can’t go wrong with this and the multiple packages make this quite the treat for multiple occasions with plenty of leftovers every time.Definitely will buy again when I run out, but may be some time because of how much there is!

My family loves boils and we like them spicy.This does the trick. It's spicy and delicious. My family makes a smaller recipe since it's just for 3 of us and we've found half the bag of seasoning makes it just right for our tastes. We don't even need to keep hot sauce on hand for the boil.

It's a good boil spice
This spice is mostly salt but has the other flavors common to a seafood boil. The spice mix adds flavor and heat to whatever is cooked in the liquid.. It can be used generously in liquid to ensure that enough flavor is passed to the food.

$37 for a 14oz bag of Cajun fire seasoning, that’s outrageous and now I find out I can’t return it. That’s ridiculous..

I love, love, love this product
Okay, first of all, I did not use this as directed. I'm sure it's great for shrimp or crab boils and look forward to trying it that way. I used this as a seasoning for sauteing shrimp for shrimp fettuccini. You can use this like Old Bay Seasoning with a serious kick. If you do this, be very careful. I used just a pinch or so for a pound of shrimp. This stuff is hot! If you add too much, it can render everything inedible. You can always add a little more but you can't take it out. If used with caution and you like spicey food, this stuff is amazing.
