HatsanUSA Optima 3-12X50AO Scope, Black, One Size

I bought this scope to put on my Hatsan Flash in 22 caliber. I think the 3x12x50 was a terrific choice. I think this rifle and this scope were made for each other. The glass is clear, even around the edge. I shoot this gun out to 75 yards and still no distortion around the edge. The magnification throw, the turrets and the AO are clean and responsive. I like shooting (hunting) in the latter part of the day. I have found that by having the 50 mm, it lets plenty of light in those low light situations. I also wouldn't have a scope that doesn't have AO. By using it, you can come pretty close to the correct yardage. At the time of my writing this review, you can get it for $50.00, $15.00 dollars off. Great deal. Oh, I have 2 of these 😉.

Brought a few of these all together from here and Walmart online they hold up well on the gamo magnum 177cal 1650 and the 22cal gamo magnum 1300 and on some other games and hassan break barrel rifles these the only scopes that could actually handle the gamo magnums I had bsa scopes hawk scopes and hammer scopes they wouldn't even last a few shots but these scopes are affordable and actually holds great on magnum break barrels gas piston rifles and sping piston rifles would buy more in the future if I need any more 💯👍👍

Had this scope for 2 weeks on my air rifle so far no issues

put this scope on my little beeman over kill but the gun is a shooter very accurate sighted in and puts in the center will put it on a magnum and see if it lives the scope i mean but seems to be a good scope and THANKS to the crew at amazon warehouse they always get my order to me as described and on time

Very clear and easy to adjust. I have this scope on a RWS 350 air rifle--a spring gun with heavy recoil. Substituted heavy duty scope bases because the factory bases seemed to me, to be too light for heavy recoil. If it holds up, this scope is a real bargain.

First off, I bought this scope for my hatsan carnivore 135 .30 pellet gun. I received it today (about 2 hours ago). I installed it and tightened the screws. I work with hand tools for a living and tightened them as tight as I felt comfortable about not stripping the threads. Within 5 shots, the back mount was hanging off the back of the rail. I readjusted and really cinched it tight! 8 shots later, same thing. Upon research, these mounts do not include a threaded lock pin (which solves this issue) so it looks like I'll be out another $15 for better scope rings. I will give them this, the scope is amazing. The 50mm lens is clear and the 12x zoom is nice! If you are looking to put this on a less powerful gun, I would imagine you will be more than satisfied, but it just didn't work for the force created by the hatsan 135

I purchased this for my Origin 22 cal. I did have to purchase taller, better rings. It has good clarity for an entry level scope. Remember, this is not a $700 scope, which I do own. But trying to compare this scope to them is just not fair. This review is comparing the entry level scopes (under $150) to each other. I would say this one falls in the upper tier. Now starts the longevity test. Being mounted on a pcp air rifle will be that test. If it fails due to that, I will update this review.

At first it looked great. Then I mounted it on the PCP rifle. Initially shot way low and right. After constantly trying to correct the point of impact with the adjustments I came to the sad reality that the windage and elevation were, for the most part, not changing. Super disappointment and extremely frustrating.
