Q: I just noticed i contains fish gel, tilapia and basa. I know eating tilapia is worse than bacon sooo

I've been using this product quite regularly for years and have never had a problem. I don't know why they chose tilapia and Basa for their fish gelatin but I don't think that the amounts of these sources are too significant since the ingredient listings go from most to least amounts and they are listed near the end. That's my personal feeling and I'm not a health professional.

Q: What's the expiry date?

12 mg astaxanthin supplement I purchased a week ago...May 25th, has a expiration date of August 2019

Q: Is this vegetarian and when is the expiry date?

Each box has an expiration date printed on the bottom of the box. My latest purchase several weeks ago has an expiration date as 8/20/2019. I'm not sure if the astaxanthin produced by algae is considered vegetarian. Better google that one.

Q: Description says high oleic sunflower oil, but ingredient lists only sunflower oil. Big difference. which is it?

I don't know, but I could never get in touch with anyone from this company. I stopped taking this product after 2 years. I could not swallow the pill anymore and had to bite it and spit out the outer "shell." Let me tell you the stuff inside tasted like rotten, dead fish wrapped in old wet newspaper. It made me sick to my stomach. I figured nothing should taste like putrid, rancid fish oil, so I have not purchased it again. I didn't notice any benefit from taking this product or loss from discontinuing it.
