Basic yet serves the purpose
Given the cost of the neck piece one can't complain much. It's a straight one inch nice black cloth which has hooks at both sides . Fabric used is definitely not so bad. The hook can be made as such that slightly bigger neck size could also fit it. It's for thin neck otherwise.Go for it as nothing much to lose.
