Mobil - 100817 DTE 26, Hydraulic, ISO 68, 1 gal.

Works for my Grasshopper 618 so far! I hated spending all that money on the Grasshopper branded fluid... I know they weren't brewing their own oil. After many days of internet searching, I found my way to this DTE 26. I did the fluid change. There was a little foaming at first, and then nothing. I've used the dozer blade to plow a few times. Everything seems fine. At this price, I can change that fluid every year if I wanted. Stens has a replacement filter too.

I use this particular oil for a variety of uses. I work at the Refinery that makes it so I may be biased on my opinions of Mobil oil. However, I use this oil in my Quickjack (car lift) , works great and meets requirements specified from Bendpak. I also used it as a coolant between the strut housing and Koni shock insert on my Toyota mr2s. I also use it in my traditional car jacks, good ideas to change it every few years. It provides longer change intervals, wide temperature range, keeps components clean and free of debris by conditioning the seals. A great versital oil and a very reasonable price point.

I am sure the hydraulic oil is a fine product, but beware of the shipping. The container was alone in a box with room to shift around. Somewhere in the shipping process it was rough enough the product leaked.
