As Described
nothing special, the original s9 was 3000 mAh and I have seen what would be about a 25% increase in battery life, maybe more. The original battery was also 2 years old on a lot of cycles so that probably explains some of it. The splunger for ripping at the adhesive (if you haven't softened it enough) works very well and is the best one i've gotten from an "included" item in the replacements I've bought, which is probably 5 or 6 at this point.overall nice and easy. it may be bulging the back of my glass a little but i'm not sure if it's just always been that way because i keep spare bills in the back of my case for emergencies and I've just never noticed the 0.5mm it stands out until now because i'm being hypercritical. Also, do yourself a favor and just buy a new back glass for $16 or whatever it costs. Unless you have an actual hotplate meant for this or have done this exact model before, you're going to break it at some point.UPDATE: 8 months, it suddenly has taken a poop and gone to 50% of it's usable charge in the past week.

Not as advertised-a very poor performer.
The battery is advertised as 3900 mah. As you can see from the test it started out as about 3000 mah on a 100% charge and quickly drained to approx. 2600 mah after only 10 min. of use. (1% per minute) Very disappointing. I have to charge the phone in the middle of the day, sometimes twice. Forget about watching videos or streaming with this battety it will drain quickly. I thought about asking for a refund due to this almost worthless battety but the time limit had expired for a return. So I am stuck with it..if you are contemplating buying this battetu, DON'T. it is only a little better than the battety I took out if my phone. I dont believe that this us a defective one, but that all the batteries perform this way, but I am not sure. However when going through the hassle if taking apart your phone and replacing the battery it is not something you want to do a lot. Very disappointing product.

Good Value Poor Longevity
I tend to swap my cell phone battery ever year or two in lieu of buying a new cell phone. This kit had a great price and good install tools. The results were dog spit though. I cycled the battery a full charge and under average use I'm at 46% at 1:30 PM as of writing this, basically on par with my worn out oem battery.I suggest buying something else.Idk if its a poor design or not actually the capacity advertised, but this thing isn't even on track to get me through a full day.I'll likely swap with another battery or new oem battery to play it safe.I would like to get to late afternoon before my battery hits half way which is a reasonable target for a new battery.

Battery does not hold charge good
I got this kit because it looked prety nice, came with tools and all, but like a dumby i am i didnt check the reviews and learned that the battery does not hold charge good. So i say screw it il try it out still and they were right ive had the battery in for about 10minutes and it has already dropped about 5% barely using it half of that 10minutes it was locked and closed screen. So basically this battery is terrible and i regret buying it, i honestly dont even think it is a 3900mAh battery.

Broke my phone trying to install it.
The instructions included just say "Go on YouTube and watch professional video." What? I ended up shattering the back of my S9 trying to get it off. Threw the battery kit in the trash and just bought a new phone. This is for phone repair shops or techies. Not for the average consumer with limited tech skill.

Inadequate tools
There was no instruction list in the kit, and the tools given were not adequate to complete the job without risking breaking the phone. The suction cup was too small, the ring on the auction cup wasn't strong enough to hold up to all the pulling, and the 'pick' to separate the backing snapped off almost immediately. I'll have to find better tools before I can even review the battery itself
