グラフテック(GRAPHTECH) Graphtech PQL-6011-00 Tusq Xl Nut - Slotted Gibson Style

Exact thickness to fit 2022 Gibson Les Paul Classic. Minor sanding needed width wise to fit neck contour. Height is another story… it’s pretty tall. Needed to sand off more than 1/16”. It is indeed noted on Graph Tech website that this part number (PQL-6011-00) is taller than PQL-6010-00, but it’s always badger to have more material to remove than not having enough height. I’ve always been using TUSQ nuts. With proper cut, tuning stability issue is minimum with those angled headstocks.

You can't get much better than a Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut, IMHO. I replaced the cheap plastic one that came pre-installed on a LP style kit guitar with this nut, it took less than an hour to sand this down to the correct height and width. I stuck it down with a couple of drops of Weldbond and I was done. The tone and sustain improvement on my guitar was noticeable.

Ya había instalado una en otra guitarra y en esta, una Gibson sg, funciona mejor incluso. Gran mejora por poco dinero. Ya no se desafina tanto.

Bought this to replace the nut on my Stagg les paul. It does not fit! Completely waste of time and money.
