For the price of the ear piece, this is a pretty good product. The sound is generally clear and the volume can be adjusted on the device. The battery life is good, I usually get about 5 hrs of talk time before recharging. It is also sits comfortably even after many hours.. Occasionally, the voice quality comes in metallic sounding. There are some things that annoy me about the product. One is that there is on/off switch like the plantronics. You have to hold down the home button to power down. The second is that you have to use your phone to make a call, you can't hold down the home button the earpiece to activate SIRI.

The sound quality is quite good, both for incoming and outgoing calls. The earpiece is not comfortable for my ear however. It rubbed a blister trying to get it to remain firmly inserted so I could hear good. I tried other tips that I took off other failed headsets and they just didnt fit onto this headset well enough. Long term, for me, this wont be my go-to headset. Its difficult to get that perfect combination of good in/outgoing sound quality, wearing comfort and price. This hit 2 out of 3 so I continue to look but its a good product in my opinion.

This product doesn't do one of the most important things: initiate a call! You have to fumble for your phone, unlock it, turn on Siri, and then make a call. Too much for me to deal with and I returned it. It seemed to do everything else fine and customer service responded to my email within a day. I just felt tricked that this basic function wasn't a feature.

doesn't work great. It keeps disconnecting. Very difficult to hear from. Personally I wouldn't buy it for an iPhone. Given it a three star is over rated

Works good, sound quality is pretty ok, but noise cancellation could be better.

Worst Bluetooth I have ever owned. It wouldn't even stay paired to the phone while I was wearing it, and the phone was in my pocket less than 3 feet away.

Good quality and price. Great service. Very functional.

Excellent bluetooth. The first one received had a volume that was too low. The company had no problem sending a replacement, which works perfectly.
