Q: Can you apply makeup after you apply?

I suppose you can. it is a temporary tatoo so not sure how well makeup will stay on it. It doescover eyelids. Depending on the make up, a liquid foundation may alter how it adheres.

The black and the gray are the colors that are part of the tattoo. You can go back and add a touch of white with makeup to the areas of your face you want to highlight! Have a great Halloween season!

We didn't paint our faces white and it looked really cool without it. We did paint black around our eyes, which looked perfectly creepy. It came off with good old soap and water and a little scrubbing. One hint about putting it on; take your time! Once you put them down on skin, you are not moving them! I cut some of the pieces a little shorter so they wrapped around my face a little better.
