This is hands down the best investment I’ve made for my personal wellness. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and upper shoulders, and this device has been nothing short of a lifesaver. The intensity is no joke. It mimics a deep tissue massage, which is exactly what I prefer. It gets into those tight spots with just the right amount of pressure, and the heat function adds an extra layer of relief. I’ve used it after long workdays, travel, and even workouts. I’ll admit, I’ve even fallen asleep with it on a few times (probably not recommended, but that’s how relaxed I get). This is worth it if you deal with chronic neck tightness or enjoy an intense massage. Compact, powerful, and reliable.

Bought this unit on 5-27-2022, worked ok. Easy to use, the adesion pads comes in 3 diffent sizes, would be nice if had 1 bigger size pad. The pads can lose adhesion or even fall off at times if not placed right or if you move and the pad moves. I do like that unit has 6 diffent settings that shows a picture of a outline of what each setting does has 4 diffent frequency to chose from. I like picture2 showing hands on lower back, frequency setting 4. You can control the setting strength 1/10 6 diffent functions to chose from, first two are physical therapy, next 2 are for ems for muscle stimulation 1/10 and if you do I would advise to start out at 1 then increase to the lvl to you feel comfortable with. I worked up to 9 and that is stronge current. I do not advise starting out at a high setting. Depending on where you place the pads You will see your muscles contract. Please do not touch the pads while the unit is on. Plz check that the unit is off before remove pads or changing to diffent spot you will get a strong shock lolol depending on the settings. I still forget at times so I try to always lower the setting to zero then unplug the cord. I can not say it enough it's a good habbit to start with so you do not just take the pads off it will be shocking lolol Now to my complaint. Five months ago the (b) side outlet started not working right. Would plug in the cord to outlet b and would not start working for few seconds. No big deal at first then the current to the pads was not as stronge as the current from out let A. Next would work but current to pads was to stronge for few seconds and enough to hurt. Last straw b outlet stop working compleatly. I bought this because my physical therapist thought would help my saticanerve pain along with other complications with my back. A side outlet is still working but that leaves me with only 2 pads. I use this ten unit help cope with debilitating pain. I like the unit I just wanted to see if it could be fixed. Talk to Amonzon representative and they apologized for not being able to resolve this issue. That I would need to talk to the seller. I was not able to get a hold of the seller or company. There is no number, website ect. Very frustrating 😕 Give the unit a ZERO STAR for lack of customer service. It's a shame since it dose work and I was happy with the product. FEW months and product stops working. Buyer beware.

Cervical pain, thought I’d give this a try. And it’s actually effective! I like it a lot, and the charge lasts a long time! Get the 2 pack of gel too, works great when the pads start losing their adhesives.

One of the electrodes stopped on the first day. Can’t return or replace d/t Amazon policy, but I got in contact with NeoCarbon and they sent me a brand new unit in two days. I was amazed at the service and the way they stood by their product. As for the product itself, it’s fairly easy to use with a ton of different options and modes. A little direction on which pads to use and where could help. The battery lasts for around 8 hours of use so far. The therapy it gives is amazing too because I was injured and it was a part of my treatment regimen. Between the effectiveness of the product, the variety of uses and the excellent customer service. This product was even worth me leaving a review.

You get no stars. When I purchased this item it stated I could return the item before February 6,2026. I was having lots of pain in my back so I thought this would help and it didn’t. I tried to send it back and was informed that I could not because I used it. Well how do I know it works if I don’t use it. I think this is a bunch of crap and a scam to get you to buy this. Anyone that can see this please don’t purchase this Tens unit because you can’t send it back if it don’t help you.
