Storm iM2975 Case No Foam (Black)

I've got an healthy obsession with pelican cases... Already own the im2600 and im3100 for a couple guns.. Im going to use this car as a range box.. It'll hold an assembled 11" ar pistol, labradar, tripod and all accessories/ammo etc while doing load development.. Went from carrying a gun box and tell card board boxes full of stuff to one highly organized container.. Storms got the best case clasps.. They'll never cone open by accident. Material seems a tad sturdier... Only downside, case dimensions are a bit off..

This case was a little bigger than I expected even though I did pull out the tape measure and measured out the dimensions. This is my second Pelican case, and this one has improved latches. They have a gizmo in the middle of the latch that, when depressed, makes opening the latch very easy. The latches on my first case, while extremely positive and durable, are a bit much to open and close. These cases are a bit on the heavy side, but as most everyone mentions, they seem to be bomb proof. Oh, and the handles are a little nicer too—all four of them. I haven't seen anything on the market that measures up to these cases.

This is my third Storm case. They're pricey but well worth the cost. Unlike the other storage bins I've bought from local stores, these are built to last and really take a lot of abuse. I'm using this one for camping - it holds everything I take with me except my water jug, cooler, sleeping bag and clothes duffel. Definitely nice to have everything else in one place!

My iM2975 case carries our 8 wireless headsets, chargers, manuals and charging block for the HD towing & recovery work we do on the interstate system in Gary Indiana, the case rides in the back of our crash/recovery truck and sees a lot of rugged work locations in all weather. Totally protects $8K worth of equipment........... :)

Durable, lightweight, waterproof, can easily fit everything for a 3 month trip or long term storage. Heaviest weight I packed was around 90lbs. Handle and wheels work great and stores in the upright position very steady.

I needed a case to transport sensitive metering equipment across the U.S. and Japan. The case was able to withstand the stresses of airport baggage handlers and yet it rolled easily using the extending handle. The handel is just long enough to support a carry on backpack while rolling. I did use high density foam to pack around the meters. I really like the five latching mechanisms, I was never afraid the case was going to open by accident. An electrician traveling with me had a case for his gear but the side walls were not nearly as thick and the wheels didn’t roll nearly as smooth. The case held up great, it has some scratches but it’s in great shape. The case rolls better than some roller bags I’ve seen and the latches are secure. What else is there?

I bought this for my daughter to ship her things to school out of country. It holds a ton, it fairly light weight for its size, and even has two places you can put locks on the lid. It was expensive, but it got her stuff to school via UPS safely. Highly recommended.

Big solid pelican case. Can't go wrong!

Pelican cases are great but beware of their weight. They can chew up you luggage allowance.

I love this case. I am a sailor and I use it as a suitcase for uniforms and gear that I don't want to get wrecked while at sea. The sea isn't too nice so when it gets banged around my stuff is protected.

this is my second pelican case and its a great product.From its built, you will know it will last a long time.
