This tea was recommended to me by a friend from Ecuador. He said it is very popular in this country and it has become quite popular because Guayusa tea contains essential amino acids that improve mood and induce relaxation. This tea also has twice as many antioxidants as green tea. He said it gives him energy and focus. So, I thought I would try it. I am picky about my teas and only really like oolong and jasmine green teas. I really like this tea. I do feel the energy.

I have purchased Papaya and Guava products from Herbal Goodness website. The Guava leaf capsules definitely help my digestion, curbing my appetite for carb, help me sleep & recently had blood labs done at doctor's office and my A1C is lower ... thanks to guava leaf capsules. I ordered two boxes of Guava Leaf tea from Herbal Goodness website, but they were out & ordered on Amazon. Amazon only had one box & I gave it to a friend whose A1C is higher than mine. I'm waiting for Herbal Goodness Guava & Gymnema teas to be back in stock. Herbal Goodness products are a little pricey, but well worth it.

Guayusa Leaf Tea is a good tea, I like to drink it hot. I first tried in while traveling in Ecuador and wanted some once I got home. Very good!!!

The best part of taking this product is the even release of caffeine without the feel of uneasiness. The taste is not great but not bad either. You take it for the benefits. Great for morning bump keeping you feeling smooth energy release.

Bought this after hearing about this type of tea on Huberman Lab. I don’t care for green tea but this is tasty! I was expecting it to taste like green tea but it actually has a earthier, heartier but smooth flavor.

This is good tasting guayusa tea! I would recommend! I usually brew loose leaf, but this is convenient for travel.

Guayusa is awesome and this brand in particular is even better. Has a nice, naturally sweet, flavor and has tons of benefits over green tea and other stuff too. Really good for you, and really awesome. If you haven't tried this stuff totally buy these teabags they're awesome.

If you like tea, this is a great one to add to your collections. Taste mild and has the " pick me up " of coffee .

Tried this for the first time and I must say I am hooked on the flavor..I absolutely love it!! I drink Ceremonial matcha tea in the morning so I am having this in the afternoon. As far as any increased energy and even using two tea bags I really did not notice anything at all but I will continue purchasing it for the flavor and health benefits. I LOVE the flavor!! I hope this company will continue selling it here on Amazon because I will continue to buy it. I am giving this a solid ***** stars!UPDATE! so I have gone from one tea bag to using two and WOW talk about energy? yup no afternoon shut-eye for me I can zoom around all day like a boss although I sometimes have problems falling to sleep with the two tea bags so I try to have them very early in the morning. I love this tea please do not stop selling it here!!
