It's perfect for me, I put some milk in a cereal bowl, and mix a soon full of Jaggery, then I add a teaspoon of flax seeds and a teaspoon of cheea seed and I keep it to soak for 5 min, then I break up 2 of the rice cakes, and put it in the bowl with the milk and flax seeds and cheea seeds and volaIt's just a perfect healthy and stomach full breakfast.. That's real business. About PINTOLA products I liked very much these Brown rice cakes and Peanut butter. Both I'm using. Fluffy, nice & crunchy — these rice cakes are a delightful surprise! Among all Indian brands I’ve tried, this one comes closest to nailing the perfect texture and taste. There’s still a little room for slight improvement when compared to those I’ve had abroad, but it’s definitely a top contender here. Great job!
