What a joy to find a left-handed garden tool! That said, what an additional joy to find such a sharp, precise and versatile garden tool. It can cut weeds off at the root, it can dig out the roots themselves, it can help dig up the roots of sod, it can be pulled through the soil or dirt to make a neat row for planting seed, on and on. This sickle is Japanese craftsmanship at its finest. I can’t recommend this handy tool highly enough.

The media could not be loaded. I chose this one because it is the most authentic for real use. I am harvesting grass for my horses. This tool is extremely sharp and well defined. Very easy to use. It will take you so much less time and effort when you use this. It makes tasks fun, efficient and effective!

A very nice little lightweight garden tool. Arrived sharp and easily cut through unwanted vines in my yard. It remains to be seen how well it holds up over time though.

Excellent quality and performance. Perfect size for cutting lavender. Only 4 stars as there protective storage sheath is worthless- it’s flimsy cheap vinyl - had to 3D print a hard protective cover because this thing is dangerously sharp.

This works better than I expected for the price. I still need to see how long blade will stay sharp and if I’ll be able to sharpen it effectively when needed.

I loved this sickle because it was on the smaller side (I have small hands) and it was very easy to use. And I did love that it was made in Japan. They make wonderful gardening tools.

I loved how sharp the blade was originally, but the other day while I was working in the yard, I noticed it was not cutting as well as before. That is when I noticed a piece of the blade had chipped off.I am very disappointed that this tool did not even last 6 months. I purchased the red handled banana blade this time as my friends had lasted her years!

As a disabled person who has lost the strength to push a lawn mower, I wish I had purchased this sooner. Being able to sit on a mat, taking things slow and easy, cutting section by section, I am finally able to take care of my own yard again. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is the best weeding tool that I have ever used, both in quality and performance. I can do smooth hand and arm movements when clearing a patch of weeds in my raised bed. The blade undercuts weed roots. I don't have to hack away like when using other tools. This tool would make a wonderful gift for friends.

This is a really good knife. I cut the grass around my flower garden.
