It looks like a very old piece !!

Very disappointed in this sharper. Prismacolors and polycrhomos don't even fit in it. It's so weak it can barely sharpen a Crayola coloured pencil. If you don't press hard enough, the blade just spins (the blade is basically just a cheap plastic pencil sharpener piece with a blade. Whole thing works better if you pop the blade out and use it like a regular old $0.50 manual sharpener, which defeats the purpose of buying an electric one. If you want a good sharpener, don't be like me and buy this one to save a few dollars, use those few extra dollars and buy something that works

The light up feature is very nice. The sharpener we got seemed to be defective but we were able to fix it and the customer service stepped up and offered a solution. It is not that easy to use (you have to hold it to be able to sharpen a pencil) but it is cute and fast. I do not recommend it for little kids but I would get for an adult that wants the basic functionality with a cute light.

You have to be careful how much pressure you put on the pencil as it is sharpening...or the blade dislocates

practico y funcional, se extraña que fuera con conexión directa, pero la luz led le da una experiencia agradable y mi peque esta encantado con el.
