Perfect for Salisbury Steak mushroom gravy
I use this as a base when I make mushroom gravy for Salisbury Steak. It tastes great. The large size is convenient. The quality, consistency and convenience is excellent.

Great kitchen helper
This is one of the easiest brown gravy mixes I've come across. I used it with the broth on a roast that I cooked in a slow cooker. Not only did the rue mix without clumping, the final gravy was full of flavor without having to add extra seasoning. This size is great for the money as the individual package winds up costing more. This version is easier to store in the pantry. McCormick products have always been a quality product. The ability to use this either as a stand alone gravy or adding it to a dish as a thickener makes it a great multi use product.
