Pros: Very smooth engine performance in the beginning. Noticeable reduction in vibrations and engine noise. Cold starts become quicker and more reliable. Smooth and effortless gear shifts. Designed for BS6 bikes and high-performance riding. Cons: Performance seems to degrade faster than expected (after ~2 months). Slightly expensive compared to alternatives. Overall: Smooth Ride at First, but Performance Drops Over Time Excellent for Short Term, Needs Frequent Changes Impressive Start with Noticeable Improvements, but Wears Out Faster

*Long read* Wanted to give it a try in my R15v3 as the aggressive marketing by Castrol made me curious about this and the motorcycle journalists I follow loved it. And man, I was surprised, for the asking price it performed beyond my expectations. It's at par and sometimes better than the Motul 7100 10w40. Note this, I've used Liqui moly MoS2 shooter with fresh oil, it worked perfectly and I'd recommend you all to do that. Ride for about 50-60kms after changing to let the oil fully reach each parts of the engine and lubricate. +Right of the bat you'll notice how eager the engine revs, the acceleration is noticeably stronger,even for a fully synthetic oil user. (Not comparing to premium Fully synths like 300v/LM Street Race) +Exhaust sounds good, I like a loud exhaust note, Motul muted it a bit. +Engine doesn't heat up in stop go traffic as quickly as it is used to when using Yamalube. The radiator fan kicked in later compared to that. +Evaporates lesser compared to Motul 7100, checked level after 1K kms +Top end performance is gold. The bike is reaching 135+ without any hesitation and any sign of stress. I feel I can push further but it's not really safe in our highways. Do note it's not as rampant in top end like Motul 300v factory line or Liqui moly Street race but better than Motul and Shell. Yamalube gave almost similar performance but the engine feels much relaxed in this one. - at idling engine makes some metallic noise, Motul 7100 works better as a sound dampener. - Gearshifts are smother on Motul 7100. This one isn't bad but Motul is noticeably smoother. So if you plan to ride a lot inside city which requires frequent Gearshifts, keep that in mind. -It heats up faster than Motul 7100 in jams but will cool down as soon as you get moving. Judging by the history of Castrol and it's motorsports involvement, this is a fantastic product for it's price. I'll recommend it. *Beware* There are lots of counterfeit Castrol oils can be found on market, so make sure that you buy from an authorized and reputed dealer. Happy riding.
