Tiny bit mighty!
1) requires 2 AA batteries and they are not included. If for a gift, keep that in mind! You will have to open the box and battery casement if you want to install. You will also need a micro screwdriver or eyeglass kit to open the door as well. This is a good thing, because the batteries will stay in once placed.2) There is an on/off switch. Mine was received "on" which didn't matter because there were no batteries.3) the size is perfect for a small gift. It's one of the smaller plush toys that is battery operated, most are much bigger. And tiny plushies don't usually have this capability which is nice. This is important if shipping because it will fit in a small box to send.4) the face is adorable with expressive eyes, a realistic looking nose, and open mouth with pink tongue. Very cute.5) it is soft, but NOT fluffy or cuddly. It is battery operated so not meant for toddlers. It says not for under 3 because of choking hazard, but it seems more like not for under 6 or 7 only because it would break easily if encountered by an overzealous child. Under 3 is for the small parts and miniscule screw attached. If your child can respect it is not something to be thrown or hit (it is also an animal after all!), then it should last as long as the replaced batteries do - over and over.6) "collect them all" means there are PawPals of: Chi Chi the Chihuahua (item no. 3160, Barney the Beagle, Redley the Retriever, Dottie the Dachshund, and Pete the Pedigree (whatever that means in the scheme of things).7) box is dated 6/1/23 Made in China and put out by Westminster, Inc in ATL, GA.Bottom line- everyone of all ages can enjoy this as a collectible, novelty item, or toy. Even your fellow pets with be mesmerized or annoyed. Just fair warning that a toddler, active child or animal could destroy this easily and/or choke if not monitored or used correctly (Screw, eyes, nose, small bandana, plastic battery cover and button, etc could be dangerous if torn off, swallowed, etc).8) dogs are all unisex and walk, bark, wag tail. Older children could add appropriately sized clothing if desired, but there aren't buyable outfits. You'd need to get creative.9) price is appropriately valued and item comes in a small viewable box so presentation is gift worthy10) buy it, you won't regret the cuteness. It's on your bingo card for 2024.

At least my child will be happy.: )
My daughter is very much hoping for this at Christmas. I can't wait to see her face when she open it. It's very small for the price. Paying more for the name than what the product actually does. I know I could of got a toy dog that goes these actions and flips over, for less than half the price. But my daughter really wants chi chi the chihuahua. Was just a bit shocked to have to pay just over £40 for a little machnical toy. At least my child will be happy. :)

I actually bought this toy as a gift from my Chihuahua. She loves toys that move and barks.. It’s a great size. Very good quality.
