I’m so disappointed in the “adjustable lumbar support”. I spent $4000 on a chair that I have to get out of, find a hidden button on the backside, and apparently pump this button to adjust the lumbar. It’s an absolute joke. The instruction booklet that came with the chair only shows how to adjust the lumbar support if you bough a “supreme” chair - you have to spend more than $4000 for that!!!! The other features that are advertised for this chair are great, and just as stated in their ads.
