Let me start by saying that it does actually work. I’ve seen results in literally days. Stretch mark fading, skin tightening, and I look a lot less bloated! HOWEVER, this product gets super hot super fast. If you aren’t active it burns a lot more. If you’re in a gym setting you can bare it. There is a moment in time where it feels like it’s itching.. YOU MUST RESIST THE ITCH. The breaking of your skin causes that scar and bruising(from what has happened with me). Just bare the itch and once it passes you will be fine. Don’t try to hop in the shower to wash it off. This product actives with moisture. So sweat, water, shower, it will intensify! The best thing to do is just bare it. It only last for about 15 minutes at most. Once it simmers down, you’re fine.

So I didn't give this product 5 stars only because I've used it before workout and even used a waist trainer during the workout and I didn't feel much. But man oh man let me tell you what, tonight I applied it on my upper arms, thighs, and belly before going into my steam sauna and oh my freaking burning body!! I couldn't even finish my 30 minutes in the sauna oh and not to mention I wiped sweat off my upper lip not even realizing the cream is still on my hand and now my upper lip feels like it's on fire. If that wasn't bad enough I then scratched my nose and now my nose is burning. So now that every part of me feels like my skin is going to melt off I got nervous. I ended up taking a shower to wash it off, but nope by that point it had already absorbed into every layer of my skin and an hour later my skin is still feeling the burn. So moral of the story is if you want to feel like your skin is burning off use this right before a sauna!

I bought this to put on my stomach and butt/thighs before my morning walks. Last week I decided to try it on my knees. I am 46 and have early onset arthritis from jogging for 30+ years, exacerbated by the booster. The dr has prescribed an ant inflammatory that doesn't help. My knees are swollen 100% of the time since last September. I can't even kneel on the floor anymore. Anyway I thought 'I wonder if this will help my knees?' And put it on before my walk and my knees felt better than they had since before this all started. Random benefit. But it also helps with dissolving belly and butt fat. I am going to keep buying this. It is going into my secret 'poor' lady beauty serum stash along with cetaphil, weleda cellulite oil and skin food, sorme lipstick, mary kay sunless tanner and noxema.

The packaging was fine. The product was just as it says....a slow heat build up as you work out. Makes you sweat a lot.

I only got one bottle to start off with to try. It does get hot af very quick so if you can’t handle a little burn then this isn’t for you. Me personally it feels like a tingle tanning location and it only last 15 minutes so if you can take the heat for 15 minutes you are golden! It does make you itch just a little bit but nothing major, I just pat my skin with my hand and it stops. I have seen a little bit of a difference and not been as bloated feeling since I started to use it. But be super careful if you have eczema like I do it will burn 10 times worse but stick it out

1. This is really small 60ml. If you are over weight or fat, maybe you will need one box each time you use. 2. Is expensive for the quantity there is. Principally if you advice use 2x daily, to see results, let's imagine thousand of $ we will lose!!!!!! 3. They advice after shower, it's impossible use like this. Burn to much. Is uncomfortable. Like fire. We can not move or sleep. I took cold shower immediately after this feelings and become better. 4. I don't know ow if this make some results. And I never will know because never more I will order. And small like this to see results? Please, no.
