OK, I had one of two range hood lights burn out in the kitchen. Didn't love the warm, not so bright light that was in there already, but it was adequate. I ordered these, to see if it was any better. It was certainly cheaper, at $2 1/2 bucks a bulb, instead of the $6.+ bucks a bulb for what was already in there. See my side by side picture. The white light on the left is the new LED bulb, and the warmer light on the Right is the older, more expensive bulbs. That's all gonna be personal choice, and if you're into mood lighting, the warm light is probably best, but with my old eyes, I'll take the bright clean light, every time - especially when I'm working. I'm not posing for a picture at the stove, I'm trying to work, so I'll take the light. Your decision may differ from mine, but there's no denying there is a clear difference. (I put a spare bulb of each kind on the appropriate side, so you can see the actual bulbs.)

Brought in 2021. In 2025 couple went bad. Lasted 4 years. Not bad

This is a hard-to-find wattage and size, and they work great in my ceiling track lighting. The light is bright, a throws great light onto my stove.

I bought these to replace halogen stove lights. The 4000k white provides workspace clarity without the harshness of a 5000k light. Our stove hood has a full and dim setting for the lights. At full power, these bulbs are flicker-free and look great. At the dim setting on our Wolf stove hood these bulbs do dim, but they also have a flicker rate that’s noticeable. In a fixture with a dimmer designed for LEDs these bulbs might not flicker when dimmed, but they do in our 12 year old stove. The halogen bulbs these replaced were shorter, and the new LEDs protrude slightly below the receptacle, as pictured.

Very bright and less expensive than other brands.

I ordered a 5k color temperature they were way to White for our kitchen, I then ordered these LED bulbs. The color is perfect for our kitchen. These replaced halogen lamps which were VERY Hot and horrible & only lasted a very short time. At first they flicker sometimes, I just replaced the dimmer with a switch and they did not flicker but were too bright for some occasions, so I installed a new dimmer and they are flicker free. I would recommend these LED lamps. Nice quality!

So far these lights have been as advertised it brightens up our office area from darkish to daylight.
