Product is very well-made is easy to install. If you have the ability to install something into the wall helps a lot with making the shower feel roomier.

This is NOT tension mounted. You must screw it into the wall on both sides.

Having a curved rod seems to give u so much more elbow room in the shower. I haven’t had the shower curtain sneak up and stick to me since I switched either. I will say I cussed a few times installing it. You have to have 3 hands. 2 hands to hold 2 different screw drivers at the same time (one on top and one on bottom) while u magically hold the rod up in the perfect angle steady so u can align the wholes and screws up all while practicing tight roping on the side of ur tub. Finally after you drop the screws a dozen times and spend half an hour looking for them, the job will be complete. It is very sturdy rod and won’t fall down if u have a psycho cat who likes to climb the shower curtain for no reason other then she’s just bored. I would definitely buy again if I had to do it over. I would just make sure I had 2 other people there to help

This is my replacement shower curtain rod. I had used stainless steel shower curtain hangers with and the metal on metal scratched the old rod and rusted it. I love the curved shower curtain rods since they make your shower slightly roomier. Just get plastic shower curtain hangers.

A decent product; looks good enough when installed. However, there are some serios fit & finish issues. I had to redrill the holes to 3/8-in. in order to get the two fittings for each end in fit and align.

Granted I have only ever bought a handful of shower rods. But I have never seen one that requires drilling into the wall with no option for using tension. Its hard metal on each end, so would damage the bathroom tile (as would drilling).

Love it now that it’s up. Was a bit of a pain to get up alone due to it trying to twist while aligning the hole to insert both screws into the pole to attach it to the base. Finally got it by placing a screwdriver through it and then pushing screw through the hole. Other than that I love it. Also sturdy and my hooks glide so smoothly. Overall good product

Works as intended

Make sure you have someone to help you install this. It is an absolute nightmare to install by yourself. I had to drill multiple holes because I couldnt get the ends to line up with the bar. First I attached the ends to the wall and tried to attach the bar, couldnt get it to line up, removed everything. Then I attached the ends to the bar and then attached them to the wall while balancing the bar on my head. It diodnt come out 100% level with this method but it was the only way I could get it to work by myself. Not really satisfied. Also, some other brands look a bit nicer.

It was easy to install and was ideal for my bathroom which has a slanted ceiling.
