Q: I need casters/wheels for this unit, what kind?

Mine was dropshipped from here. I wanted Casters also, but already had the ones with 3/8 by 16 TPI Studs. I found it was very easy to remove the plug in the bottom with the 1/4 by 20 TPI by simply using a 1/2-inch rod and dropping the rod about 3-4 times in the tubing and the original adjusting plugs fell out. Turns out that 3/8-inch nuts are almost the same size as the inside of the tubing. I placed three 3/8-inch nuts on the Studs of the Casters, one jammed against the stop at the bottom of the stud, and two Jammed against each other at the top end of the Stud. Then I simply wrapped some black vinyl tape around each nut until I had a snug fit inside the tubing and slid it in until the Caster Stop Nut rested against the bottom and now My Shelves work great with those 3/8 by 16 TPI studded Casters. Hope this helps others that wanted the same. It was very easy to do.

Q: can you get addition shelves?

Yes, if you mean making it taller than the 4 shelves.

Q: Is it collapsible? How long to assemble and disassemble?

About 15 to 30 minutes to assemble. About 30 minutes to take it apart, although you will need a rubber mallet to remove the shelves.

Q: Can I make any adjustments to make this a little shorter? Like leave the legs off or the top shelf?

Yes. I have used tube cutters (purchased at a local hardware store) and removed several inches off of the top. I then pushed the top cap out of the piece I cut off and inserted the cap into my newly cut top end. I have done this for several shelving units when I needed them a specific height.
