The actual candle smells amazing (very warm, cozy, sweet but not overpowering thanks to the more earthy/faintly smokey bourbon component) and scents up a small room (in this case, an office) very quickly. Voluspa makes quality candles and this mini was a great gift!One thing: The outside of this candle was coated in an oily substance when I unwrapped it from the packaging. I was concerned that the candle wax had potentially melted and sort of leaked out, but when I opened the lid, the wax was perfectly smooth and even, so that didn't appear to be the case.I just washed the outside of the candle off with soap and warm water and dried it thoroughly before gifting. Just something to be aware!

I normally love Voluspa but this scent is way too weak. I could hardly smell it even after being lit for several hours in a windowless area.The color is cute and matches any decor. However, I think other scents like Baltic Amber, Santiago Huckleberry, and Prosecco Rosé are a better value in terms of scent throw.

I really like the tin the candle came in, it's small and literally fits in the palm of my hand. The scent wasn't very strong at all. Unless you were sitting next to it you really couldn't smell anything. The only reason for the two stars is that the tin is cute and it's reusable.

So the scent is sooo good. It’s probably my favorite smelling candle however it doesn’t put off much scent. For the $$ spent I’d like it to be a bit more noticeable.

I love Voluspa candles but these are STALE. Expired I assume. Normally these candles are extremely well scented. The two I bought were not good at all

The fragrance is very nice, sadly, the tin was dinged & damaged. Not suitable for gift giving.

Very long burning, but scent is extremely underwhelming, even when burned in my tiny bathroom. The scent has an ozone/crisp note to it, not a warm sugary vanilla at all. It’s a cute candle but I will not be repurchasing. Too expensive for its mediocrity.

This is now my favorite smelling candle. Going to order a larger one now!
