A spring and comfort in every step without heating up the feet.

I liked it but I disliked it being kind of big but I cut it to fit my shoe.

I wear custom orthotics, so I use inserts on top of them for comfort. I have used other gel insoles with no problem. For some reason these tend to move to one side of my left foot and eventually move completely up out of my shoe. They are comfortable but I can't wear them because of this problem.

These insoles were comfortable and fit in my sneakers after trimming them to my appropriate size. I liked that the insoles were marked for size. They made a difference for my feet. They can make your sneakers feel a little snug but with the right adjustments to shoestrings it helps to provide the comfort needed. I would but again from this seller. Very pleased with my order.

It says for men or women. I am a women, I tried cutting them down to my size. I kept cutting until I just ruined them to the point where I feel I am unable to return them. I think it was false advertisement. Not at all please. I will go to another buyer.

I must have extra padding/cushioning for all my footwear and have always used Dr. Scholl's. However, I tried the gel insoles by Envelop and found them to be just as good as Dr. Scholl's. They have good cushioning and the gel is very resilient. They were easy to cut to size (use a very sharp scissor) and not difficult to remove if extra trimming was needed.I saw in some reviews that the extra ring of support around the heel hurt the bottom of their feet. The insole MUST reach the end of your shoe/boot/etc. as it can slide forward to the the end of your footwear (toward the end of your toes) and then your heel WILL be standing on the heavier gel ring support, rather than sitting in the middle of the gel ring. This is painful and probably bad for your feet.So, rather than just immediately cutting the insole to your shoe size, insert the insole and while keeping the heel pushed all the way back to the heel end of your shoe, roll or slide the rest of the insole to reach the very end of your shoe. Pull out the insole and cut at that end point. If that is too difficult, I found that you can also put the insole against the outside bottom side of your shoe and measure the length that is needed.If that proves to be a little too long, just trim off the little excess. Seems like a bit of a nuisance, but this will give you an insole that fits properly in your shoe and doesn't shift forward.I will get them for other shoes. They Work!
