The package arrived quickly in a sealed easy to fit in the letterbox envelope - no need to worry about redirecting it. The actual package is sealed and even when you open it you can seal it back up so you will not lose any of the tablets. The tablets are small and easy to take with (in my experience) no side effects that I noticed. As a diabetic I found the Cinnamon of great help keeping my personal sugar levels relatively in check and keeping the cravings away.
