Für mich eine schöne Übersicht fürs tägliche Hantel-Training zu Hause mit vielen Anregungen- perfekt, wenn man nicht dauernd aufs Handy kucken muss, um sich die Übungen ins Gedächtnis zu rufen. Ich habe das Plakat zusammen mit zwei Hanteln 2,5kg als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Schwester gekauft, um anzuregen, die "Winkearme" abzutrainieren 😉- kam beides sehr gut an.

Poster pratique et papier de grande qualité, malheureusement un peu déchiré, mais rien qui ne se répare avec un bout de scotch. Les exercices sont simples et faciles à comprendre pour les débutants et toutes les parties du corps sont ciblés.

I’m using the chart for daily work outs and it makes it easy to do leg day, arm day etc. Great value for the money. Chart is easy to read with pictures showing how to do each one.

This is a very useful addition to my 'mini gym'. It's well produced but I mounted it on thick card to make it more durable.
