I started out taking two a day. As I got better I reduced to one a day.My doctor recommended it.

Fantastic fast delivery, and this product has been used by us for the last few years with great results.

Some other laxative aids really irritate my intestines causing gas, bloating and cramps. This product does not so is my preferred aid for increasing fibre outside of regular diet. I recommend this. This is the only fibre products I can use that does not cause major intestinal discomfort.

Works well.

Very disappointed, it's supposed to be a pack of 2. Came with 1 but written pack of 2...
