Hot, Delicious & versatile hot sauce. It has an Organic carrot-base, unlike the usual hot sauces which are typically vinegar-forward. Use it “As Is”, sparingly until you know what it’s like, or mix it with ketchup, or BBQ sauce, or mayonnaise to create your new favorite condiment/hot sauce. No overpowering vinegar taste - which makes this my favorite! I use when making deviled eggs, must-have on egg sandwiches & omelettes, add a little to macaroni or potato salad, Mac & Cheese, Chili or anything Mexican to make it extra flavorful & Zippy!

I've been using this sauce for about a year. My top three favorite brands. Meets my healthy requirements. Adds nothing but absolute flavor and heat. Great selection from the blue agave Sriracha to the Serrano pepper sauce. They have something for everyone. This is not a bot. Nor a paid advertisement. This is a person who loves and supports this American made sauce.

This caught me off guard on the spice level, in all the good ways. This hot sauce is equal parts heat and flavor, all without being watery or too pasty. Packaging is well done, no leaks, simple to get sauce out. This sauce works on everything from sandwiches, eggs, soups and snacks. A very useful sauce to kick up some much needed heat.

Good flavor, but very hot!

Excellent serrano sauce for those who like a bit of a lower spice level and some "green pepper" flavor. Heat level is not too bad but I like my sauce to have a bit more.

Was really shocked, was recommended by a co worker. Has a really good taste to, where some hot sauces just burn and has no taste. This was almost perfect a good blend of taste and heat. Definitely a return customer, probably try the habinaro one next if they have it, the heat level of the ghost pepper can sneak up on you, if your not ready for it.

This sauce is delicious

This sauce is brilliant, it’s not too hot and actually has a complex flavour. It’s a little but acidic and goes really well with eggs in shape or form.

This stuff slaps, definitely the closest I've ever found to the elusive Starbucks Sriracha

Seit langem die beste "Hot Sauce"... sehr angenehme, zurückhaltende, das heißt nicht beißende Schärfe. Eher eine Aroma-Schärfe, wie beispielsweise bei Tabasco. Schmeckt so gut, dass ich gleich mal 1/5 der Flasche pur mitm Löffel in mich reingeschoben hab und es dann doch noch zu einem ordentlichen Sodbrennen geschafft habe! ^^ Hoffentlich zukünftig wieder verfügbar - da es ein Import ist, nicht ganz so gut verfügbar, wie mir scheint.
