I recently hurt my coccyx bone which has made the simple act of sitting a painful experience, so bought this cushion to help as it looked the right shape to allow the 'problem area' to not be touching my chair whilst working. And I have to say it's worked a treat. It felt a little odd at first as you are effectively an inch higher (obviously not a problem if you have one of those adjustable office chairs) but I soon got used to it. I just wish I had bought it at the time lockdown started though, as it has made my regular chair a much plusher experience (even if I didn't have a problem). The material is a very nice velour type material which is backed on the reverse with little rubber dots to help keep in place. It also has a zipper so that you can wash the cover (I've had mine a week so haven't had to wash it yet). It also came with a travelling bag - I'll be keeping mine at home, but I suppose it could be handy for those who spend time in the office and at home. I did wonder if the foam would compress over time, but it doesn't seem to be and I'm spending around 8 hours a day sat on it (and I'm 15 stone). I'm also looking forward to seeing if it works as well in the car once lockdown is over. Very happy with the product - recommended if you want to upgrade your chair without buying a new one!

I purchased two of these cushions for use at home and work due to recurring coccyx pain. Changes to the chairs I had been using on a regular basis had previously made a difference, but the pain had become evident in almost all chairs - so I decided to invest in a proper cushion.Now I can sit in a chair for a significant period of time without having a build up of pain from sitting still, and the worse pain as I get up.The cushion comes with a carrying pouch, washing / cleaning instructions, and a removable cover. The bottom of the cushion has a similar grip to the soft slippers you can get, which ensures it stays in place on a chair when sitting.The cushion works best on completely hard chairs, but still offers excellent improvements on office chairs and armchairs / sofas. The memory foam interior is holding up well, and the increased level of support is making me sit better in general.I would happily recommend this cushion for anyone in a similar situation.

The instant relief from a painful tailbone was not really expected as other cushions are either too soft or hard. Absolutely made up with this cushion and I can now sit comfortably and stand up without being in agony. Material is nice and soft too. Can’t fault it.

Go this for my fella as he was complaining that the forklift truck he operated all day was really painful on his coccyx, the seat was hard and the floor uneven so he can feel every bump jolting up his back rattling his teeth. I saw other coccyx cushions out there which had more reviews but they looked very bulky. This one is perfect, neat and portable, deep and just the right amount of firm = happy chappie 👍

If you suffer from back pain then don't look elsewhere! I bought this cushion for hubby as he had constant pain and since using it his posture has improved but most importantly, no more pain! He works long hours in an office chair so this really helps support his back. It's very soft but firm at the same and really good quality. We're both very happy with the purchase.

I received the product today and although I cannot comment on durability it certainly eased my bursitis pain when driving this evening. I would have liked the product perhaps an inch wider but it sits firmly in the seat on my Honda CRV. Service was amazingly fast as was the answer to the question I posed. I bought this cushion to take the pressure of my spine and to support my hip after a nasty fall. I have used it every day since receiving it and it has really helped me. The cushion itself is really good quality with a carry handle and bag (not used the bag) so I can easily transport it around from home to car etc. If you are suffering from any sort of back pain I would recommend this it really helps to make you a bit more comfortable whilst sitting. It even fits nicely on my sun lounger!
