I am so happy I found this back glass cover for my kid's Samsung Galaxy S9+! It's an old phone he uses for videos and educational apps. I recently replaced the battery, and cracked the back cover. I quickly found this one and ordered it. He didn't have to wait too long for me to fix it, because it arrived quickly. He originally had the purple phone, but liked the blue back cover so it's pretty cool the covers are interchangeable. It was nice it arrived in protective packaging as I was concerned about it arriving broken during shipping, but it's in perfect condition. It's a beautiful color and super easy to install - even for DIYers. Especially with the provided instructions. They are very detailed with pictures, and help with safe removal of the old back and simple installation of the new back. It has the Samsung name and phone model on the replacement cover. It fits over the camera and fingerprint sensor perfectly. It's the same quality as the original Samsung back cover. The provided kit has everything you need to get the job done with ease. I am happy I ordered the whole kit instead of the less expensive cover only. This cover does not affect the battery life, charging ability, and has the same grip feel as the original. Really great value!! *Be sure to push the fingerprint sensor through before pulling the back cover off so you don't rip it off and ruin the cord. I highly recommend this replacement back glass cover for Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus! :)

Watch videos. Find a good one. Before removing the tape from around the adhesive on the back cover, make sure to press around it firmly but gently (careful not to break the glass!) to make sure the adhesive is fully stuck to the glass so that it doesn't try to come off when you remove the tape! This will also help it to adhere better to the phone. Make sure to remove all the existing adhesive in the phone before installing! I recommend you not use the tube of glue that comes with it. It will make it harder of future reinstalls, and the adhesive tape already on the cover is enough. This fits perfect, and was an easy install. I finally got the color back I wanted when I bought the phone the first time. I like that it comes with the camera lenses covers installed as well. Be sure to gently press them in place to make sure the adhesive there is holding before you install it. This is a great value if you're doing your own install. So much better (for me, and I'm comfortable doing this type of thing) than paying to have it done. It's a good quality glass, the print on the back is correct. You're phone won't be water proof or water resistant after this. That's only guaranteed with a factory install where the machines do the install when the phone is first made. Replacement backs don't get the guarantee because they don't have the machine accuracy for the install. Keep that in mind. It will probably be okay if it gets lightly splashed and you quickly dry it off, but I wouldn't carry it out in the open during a torrential downpour.

If you go to any mobile phone repair shop for a new phone back, you are going to be charged $199 for a Generic glass back not a Samsung back PLUS $99.00 Installation fee plus tax. ***Always have a 3-in-1 clear case on my phone. No one piece cases. Only time the back broke was when I was putting on the new case, it fell and back shattered. Otherwise it lives in my back jeans pocket 12 hrs a day or at bottom of my purse. Real Samsung factory back fit perfect no problems guy installed in 15 minutes, let it sit 25 minutes for glue/strips to dry. Man asked me where I purchased? I said here for less than cost for 1 movie ticket. I showed him on his phone and he purchased 25 of these for his store. This replacement back glass cover fit my Galaxy S23 Ultra perfectly and was straightforward to install with the included tools. The lavender shade is slightly different from the original, but it's close enough that it doesn't bother me. Overall, a cost-effective solution to restore the phone's appear

Overall, this has a similar look and feel as the original OEM back. They weigh the same. The difference is this seems 100% plastic where the OEM is more rubberized with what appears to be a glass panel on the outside. The OEM is more flexible and this is less flexible. Sound travels through this back more so than the OEM. I adjusted the sound down so that they are similar. You get the adhesive on a clear plastic sheet or two. The instructions do not tell you how to apply this. My instructions to you: 1) When reassembling, clean off all pre-existing glue. Use the wet and dry pads to do this. Use a toothpick to ensure all pre-existing glue is removed. 2) Figure out how to position the clear plastic sheets. Remove the plastic sheet off of one side of the adhesive on the plastic sheet and apply it to the base. Remove the other plastic sheet off the other side of the adhesive. When done applying, just the adhesive remains on the base, and you can toss the plastic sheets the adhesive was attached to. The plastic sheets are used to help you to apply the adhesive. 3) They give you a tiny tube of B-7000 glue (mostly air inside), which you can apply to the edge just before you put the back on. Make sure you have connected EVERYTHING including the fingerprint sensor. Also, make sure everything is flat before you put the back cover on. If it is not flat, you may crack the back cover over time. 4) Apply the back cover, put on rubber bands, and let sit overnight. Note: if your cell phone is like mine, and you see a green flickering screen when you turn it on, you should replace the OEM Display Digitizer LCD Screen (for about $116), and also replace the battery. A workaround for the green flickering screen is to: 1) Turn the phone off. 2) Touch the front screen until you see the date and time. 3) Put your finger on the fingerprint sensor. This works almost every time to wake up the phone. Note: for this to work, you also need to set the "Always On Display" features ("Home button and clock" and "Tap to show").

The kit came with everything I needed for installation minus a heating device which I used my hairdryer for. The hardest part of the process was definitely scraping the old glass off. It didn't help that it was already pretty cracked and glass was flying everywhere... However, placing the new screen on was very easy! It fit just well and stuck to the frame without much force. The flash looks fine and the camera is clear. My only complaint is that the opening tool's design made it difficult to hold and cut through the adhesive. It's edges were sharp and I realized that after cutting up my hand that I should've wrapped it up in a little cloth. I imagine one could have other tools around the house to pull of this job so it's not a trade-off. Other than that, it's all good! I highly recommend.

Glue was dry. Assembly was okay but when I tried to apply the glue, it did not come out. Apparently it was already dried. I had already tooken off my broken cover so I still had to apply the new one. Luckily it did stick on but unfortunately was not glued on to have a better seal. I'd love to get a replacement.

It's easy to place, but it's not that easy to get rid of air bubbles. The camera protector is made of plastic and is not very durable.. There are no issues with tapping the screen.
