Received my order of Lenovo Thinkpad E14 with upgraded memory and hard drive quickly within two days of placing order and item shipped within hours of placing the order. Upgraded memory and hard drive exactly as described and expected. Had some trouble activating Windows 10 Pro and messaged seller after hours and received a reply within one day on Saturday with a quick and accurate solution. Was ultimately able to activate Windows 10 Pro on my own by following instructions in the e-mail reply. Very satisfied with the upgraded Lenovo Thinkpad E14 laptop AND with this seller.
