I have been taking this multiple vitamin for years and have recommended it to friends. It has practically everything in it.

I take Source Naturals Life Force daily. I specifically chose this item after extensive research into which multivitamin would be best for my needs (energy and boosting metabolism for weight loss). I found the Source Naturals brand to come highly recommended by a variety of sources for its great quality. I visited the Source Naturals website and there is a plethora of varieties so there should be no problem for anyone finding something suitable for their particular needs. One of my personal requirements is a multivitamin without iron (can't handle the unwated side effect iron is known to have). Not only does Source Naturals have several types of vitamins, but there are great options such as iron or no iron and tablets vs casules. I've been taking this vitamin for well over a year, religiously, and have not had any illnesses, not even a cold. The only two cons: I have the tablet version and I can tell you, once you open the bottle, it has a strong unpleasant odor which certainly makes me thankful I don't have to snort them for the vitamin's effect!! Secondly, most people are aware that multivitamins are big, and these tablets are no exception, sadly, the recommended daily dose is TWO tablets, allowing ourselves to gobble down two horse sized tablets (how lucky !!). Good vitamins aren't cheap, and these are no exception, especially since the daily dose is TWO tablets, but I guess one must pay for good health...and then swallow it :). I am willing to pay for something if it works, and I feel confident enough about this product to not only purchase it, but to write a positive review about it.

I've been taking the capsules and I hate capsules. I remembered these has tablets, looked it up, found these and love them so much more than the caps.

So far so good. I had taken GNC Mega Men Sport the last 6 years and when they changed their formula for the worst, I decided to change multivitamins. I did a lot of research and wanted to try this one. Sure it smells and the pill is a bit big, but if you can manage it like I can, it's really beneficial. Two tablets a day I take in the morning with breakfast and I'm good to go! I don't get the green pea throughout the day, just maybe once. I always make sure I'm hydrated though with water or some kind of clear fluid (teas, clear juices, etc). I do notice some energy, but nothing out of the ordinary. I only felt a "jolt" the first time I took it. After that, I didn't feel it anymore and didn't feel fatigued later in the day. This vitamin at the store costs more than twice the price and it's one of the better ones on the market. I didn't want anything with saw palmetto in it since it affects a specific part of men's testosterone even though it's to promote prostate health. When I am over the age of 50, I will take supplements with saw palmetto. Overall, I am happy with this product and and will continue to use and purchase it. Thank you!

These are very good multi-vitamins. These are very highly rated and the most economical when compared to the highest rated multi's. I have used them for over a year now and they provide a good energy boost for me throughout the day. I can definitely tell when I forget to take them which is not very often. These also cost less than my previous GNC multivitamin which is also a good thing.

This was recommended to me by a friend in the business. I like the tablets as opposed to the capsules because you have to take more capsules for the same amount of vitamins.

Update 5/22/2020: I ordered another bottle recently because the label in the picture shows "methylcobalamin" again so I thought perhaps they had changed their formula back to the good form of B12. Unfortunately, the bottle I received shows cyanocobalamin again. There are also other changes to the formula that are not reflected in the images above. For example, the %DV for Vitamin D shows 250% in the pic above but the bottle I got has half that at 125%. The %DV for vitamin A, C, K, B-1, folate, and more have also changed. Basically about half the label doesn't match the picture here. >:(Update 9/29/2019: I was extremely disappointed to see they have changed to the cheap, crappy form of B12, cyanocobalamin. I bought this product for years specifically because it had the more bio-available form. I have no use for this product anymore as I (and up to 30% of the population) cannot utilize this crappy form of B12. I will not be buying this anymore! So disappointed!Good stuff. One of the few multi-vitamin supplements with METHYL-B12, the bio-available form. Most multi-vitamins have cyanocobalamin, a form of B12 that a third of the population cannot absorb. It's a waste of money and, unless you get DNA testing to see if you can utilize cyanocobalamin or not, it's best to assume you cannot. This is a much better form. I sleep better at night when I take this form of B-12. This, along with many other quality vitamins and minerals in it, make for a good overall quality supplement. It does have a bit of an unpleasant smell, but that's a small price to pay for lots of nutrition. My husband and I have been using it for years and have been very happy with it.
