I liked the taste of Phytoral & I am very happy with the burst of energy I get from the B-Complex. I wish it had B-2 vitamins as well because I have to buy those separately per my doctor’s instructions for preventing chronic migraines, but overall it is great. It is easy to swallow and a good value for the coat. I also like that it is gelatin-free.

Before this product, I was taking 3 different B vitamins; this product rolls them all up into one, and the flavor is great! I also love that the product is vegan, as I have made the switch to only vegan vitamins. This company has a great line of products and this one doesn't disappoint. I only wish that some of the B vitamins were slightly higher mg concentrations.

I liked that you didn’t have to swallow a huge pill and they are tasty. I felt like a kid again taking chewable vitamins. I ran out and I have to say I noticed a decline in my energy levels. B complex gave me a much needed stamina to get through a busy day. Fairly priced as well.

These gummys are fine - odd texture - but taste like strawberry and they do help with extra energy after a couple of days of taking them.

Most of these gummy vitamins either have no taste or are horrible tasting. These actually taste pretty good. They also clearly work because I usually need B12 shots for low levels, but the last two blood results show my B12 within a normal range.

B-Complex seems to be good for the hair, however, I can't take the tablet form of it -- it makes me queasy. It never occurred to me, until recently, that there might be a gummie. So, I tried this and it doesn't make me queasy -- it doesn't affect my stomach at all. So, I'm very pleased with this product.

I have other vitamins I take as gummy’s, and these aren’t bad. They have a bit of an odd flavor and are pretty sweet, but still easy to take.

The tablets stick together slightly, but otherwise, no issues. Would buy again.
