What are the dimensions of this transformer?

Can I use it in reverse? in an inverter circuit maybe?

Do i connect both red wires to one of the ac wire and black ones to the other or connect the two center wires together and ac to two outermost wires?

So the center tap on output to any leads is 12 volts and if I omit the center tap and connect the two blue wires I get 24V?
