Why?** A: It should not fall out when properly adjusted. There is a depth adjustment and width adjustment as well. This is designed to allow you to slide the phone in and out easily. We also have an adjustment video online as well as using the QR code on the instruction flyer. **Q: One of the adjustment screws fell out and now the unit is not functional. Can i purchase an adjustment screw?** A: I really do not know, you might want to take the unit to a local hardware store and see if they can find a screw that will fit.
