Fruit of the LoomMen's Sofspun Fleece Sweatshirt

I have been purchasing this brand of sweatshirt for my husband for well over 10 years. I’ve always bought them in a store before. So I felt comfortable ordering 3 of them on Amazon believing I could trust the brand. Wrong! The are too warm to be called long sleeved T-shirt’s; but, really not warm enough to be called sweatshirts. They resemble sweatshirts in their appearance; but, that’s where the comparison ends. I bought them for my husband to wear inside the building he works in. He’s a machinist & his boss doesn’t like putting the heat on in the fall. Unfortunately, these “sweatshirts” won’t really keep him warm even w/ an undershirt & long sleeve T-shirt on under it the way all the previous sweatshirts I purchased by this brand did. So, they’re useless for his job. Unfortunately, because they’re really nothing more than long sleeved T-shirts w/ a small amount of fleece inside designed to look like sweatshirts, they’re also useless for wearing while doing yard work. My husband has plenty of oversized warm long sleeve T-shirt’s; but, if he needs something warmer to put over them on cooler days, these are useless. He has to go find his older sweatshirts that I bought him years ago. They’ getting worn out; but at least they’re actual sweatshirts.

Wasn’t sure if tie dye was going to work since it is not 100% cotton BUT it did and it turned out beautiful. The sweatshirt is very soft and light weight. It was just a little smaller that I anticipated but it still fits fine. I like my sweatshirts baggy. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and how it held my dye!

A lot of reviewers mentioned that these are thin sweatshirts, so I didn't expect much. Got my lowest expectations. Very thin...literally see-through. I generally wear a medium, but like sweatshirts to be slightly over sized. These were quite large. Bought two and keeping them. Just want something comfortable to wear around the house. I didn't want a heavy sweatshirt, but these are ridiculous. Would not buy again. Thicker, better quality can be found for the same price, I'm sure.

I normally buy one of a product to make sure I like the quality and fit. If I do, then I generally buy four or five more of the same item in different colors. I liked this item, but it was too big, so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. First, they had to "approve" my return. Next, I had to wait for and then download the approval and return shipping label. Then they had me package the dang sweatshirt in a BOX even though they sent it to me in a bag. Then I had to go to the Post Office where they expected me to pay for the shipping which turned out to be $14. The shirt cost $17. A total waste of very precious time. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again!!!

First of all, this is not what I understand as a sweatshirt. It is a heavy weight long sleeve tee shirt with knit cuffs and bottom. The fabric is about the same thickness as a Hanes Beefy T. Having said that, I still like it. It fits well, is very comfortable and seems to be made well. Do not ,however buy this shirt expecting it to give any more warmth than a heavy weight tee shirt. As long as you can live with that, I think it is a good shirt for the money.

I wanted a warm, comfortable sweatshirt for casual wear this winter. I bought this one size too big - XXL when I would normally wear an XL - which is just what I wanted - something oversized and not too tight. This fits exactly as anticipated - loose - and it is very warm without being overly heavy or thick. This has been worn on and off for over two weeks now and has been washed three times. It is holding up well so far and the color remains fast. I must have gotten this on some sort of sale day because I only paid $6.97 and I see it is being sold for over $17.00 now. I am not sure there aren't better quality sweatshirts out there at that price point, but I am very happy with what I got for what I paid!

I've ordered several of these sweatshirts for my son and for myself. We've always found them to be very soft/comfortable, lightweight, and perfect for the weather in our area. However, the last one I'd ordered had a major flaw: after one wash, the inside pilled up so badly, that fuzz balls are all over the place. Upon initially getting dressed, I'd thought something crawled into the shirt and made my skin "crawl". Not sure why one did this when I'd purchased 6 of them?

I purchased a size small men's. The body is a nice fit but the arms are too long it covers my finger. If I wear the sleeve at the cuff the arms are too baggy. If there was an XS size option it might fit better. Considering I'm a woman wear a men's style sweater is probably another factor why the cut is not very flattering on me.

Honestamente no me acuerdo de cuando la compre o para qué, y estoy haciendo la reseña como uno o dos años después, pero si no lo recuerdo es porque funciono muy bien, de otra manera tendría quejas.

I bought this for my Dad who is a little on the short side in stature and typically has probably finding sweatshirts that don't fit like a dress. I had him check his closet to a brand name on his only existing sweatshirt that fits him. It was Fruit of the Loom, hence my purchase. I bought two in different colors and had them shipped directly to him, while keeping my fingers crossed. Long story short, he loves them! Perfect fit! Now every time I video call with him he is wearing one or the other of these sweatshirts!

I used to think Hanes was the king of affordable and good quality, but now that theyre selling sweaters for over freaking 20 dollars with no redeemable improvement, theres just no way i can justify getting them anymorethanks to these guys charging insanely reasonable prices without ripping me off, im happy.bought like 3 of these at a time, will definitely buy more in the near future
