Checked it on my Brother VM5200 - machine recognized it
Haven't actually sewn with it yet - but I put it in and add pulled up an embroidery design and checked the location of the design within the hoop. It was perfect!

Machine Embroidery made so much easier!!
I absolutely loved these products. What a breeze, should have bought them so much sooner only if I were aware that they were offered on Amazon. Due to carpel tunnel surgery on both my hands I suffered inserting & locking the material to be embroidered in the hoops that my embroidery machine required. So much difficulty, frustrating and at times got even teary eyed that I could not lock the hoops. Once I found out about the magnetic hoops I was absolutely hooked. I ordered both the large & smaller frame. Now these hoops are all that I use, I even ordered/bought more magnets (pricy) to really hold down the material tight. Love them & couldn't do without.

Magnetic embroidery hoop
This is the best investment I have made so far for my embroidery machine. I wish I could afford to buy one in every size because I absolutely love this hoop. It has definitely made my life so much easier because I have arthritis in my hands and was having such a hard time getting the hoops together. With this, you just place your piece where it needs to be and put on the other side, attach the magnets and start the machine. BEST INVESTMENT EVER.

This hoop dose not work very well. I'll need to buy 2 More set of the magnet pack

Fits Babylock Flare
Just used it last night on my Babylock Flare and worked perfectly.

Didn't Work for Me
This hoop looked used when I received it and it's very flimsy. I don't use it often and am going to replace it with another brand. It fit my Baby Lock Pathfinder, but again it was not sturdy.

Easy to use
Easy to use. No pulling and tugging to get fabric taunt, I don't have to worry about full magnets getting stuck like you do with Monster hoops. Much cheaper also.

okay but misleading sizes.
the sizing seems to be a bit misleading. The size stated is the hatched part inside the picture of the hoop, not the hoop frame dimensions!

Hoop is warped and printed grid is off centre.
This is not good - the hoop is warped and the printed grid is way off centre, rendering it useless.
