Must read even you are not a yogi
Obvious that Dylan and his team has put so much effort from his experience and studies of breathwork. These informations are something we can’t easily found online or in a library. I love how this book is written base on traditional pranayama and science. Love this is not something superficial that for example chakras or energy that you don’t know what they do / can help on your personal life immediately. This is a practical book and supported by facts. Anyone who would want to improve their well-being should read. Hands down a critical book on breathwork. Bravo and congrats Dylan and team.

This book is an amazing breathwork training on its own!
This book is the best I've seen so far that combines modern science of how breathwork works with the Eastern Yogic pranayama techniques and philosophy. It explains very complex physiological and anatomical concepts in very simple language that can be easily understood. It also provides an excellent summary of every breathwork impact, along with examples of how to design a goal-oriented breathwork class or practice. This book has taken my breathwork practice, understand and even teaching to a whole new level.

The book is full of amazing tips and information about life in general but also about pranayama and how to use those practices to bring yourself into better physical and mental state.

Breath and the interrelationships in our body
We practice it every single second of our lives but unfortunately, we are not aware of how important our breathing is and what differences there are. Our well-being and especially our physical condition, both in the athletic sense and in the psychological sense, can be significantly controlled by the breath.Dylan Werner explains clearly but above all with a lot of background knowledge and research how we can use various techniques of breathing and what effect they have on us. The first part of the book is a physiological part on the breath followed by various systems associated with the breath. Especially the combination of eastern philosophy and western science are presented and the various pranayama techniques that can be used and should not only be limited to yoga.A book that could not be more current on the subject of breathing and meets the prevailing Zeitgeist. A recommendation to all who want to and should deal with the breath, its meaning and the interrelationships in the body.
