I purchased this for my daughter to help with keeping feet together in back handsprings. It is easy for her to put on, take off. It is also adjustable so you can adjust the length between the ankles. It is marked with great material and will last a long time. In addition, it came with a stretching band to help with flexibility. Great purchase!
