I bought two of these for the corners of my living room. They both work simultaneously from just one remote. The second remote is in a drawer as a back up.The lights are good, they look nice and are easy enough to put together. I like the dimming function.We have had it just a month or two and can't speak about the life of the bulb or how easy it is to get a replacement bulb with the same functionality.

Have to admit, I didn't hold out much hope for this lamp due to the price but I'm pleasantly surprised. Product came with no damage. Paint finish to the wood is decent and it was the easy to put together.Don't get me wrong, it's not amazing quality but it's perfect for the money and looks good so I'm really happy with this purchase.Note, this was priced at £100 originally and I got an Amazon promotional discount of £35. It's definitely not worth £100, but perfectly acceptable at £65. Other makes offer similar / the same for £50 but I wanted the remote control for colour change and brightness.

Nice looking light once assembled as long as you don't look too closely.Very easy to assemble but as you do so you notice that the machining on the legs isn't even, the screw holes inside each leg aren't bang on centre so getting a perfect alignment with each shelf wasn't possible.The pull cord action is a little clunky, but then we don't ever use it as the remote and it's various settings are great.Overall we're happy with it and would consider another.

I’m slightly torn as to how to mark this…a 4 or 3 star item is my view. Once built, it looks good. Clean lines, throws out decent light and the remote works well.It took about an hour to build. I recommend you lay out all the uprights, screws etc and check you have all the bits. I found the black uprights weren’t exactly identical in length, so before you star assembly, make sure the 4 you’re using are the same length. The wood quality isn’t great. I overscrewed one of the uprights trying to get it to fit tightly and ended up with a screw hole that was too large to tighten at all. I resolved by putting three or four matchsticks into the hole and it then tightened up. Once assembled it was more stable than I thought it might be. The lampshade is paper so take care that hands are clean or it may mark. I suspect it’ll discolour fairly quickly.The remote works well and I found it easy to pair the lamp and remote. You need 2 AAA batteries, not supplied, for the remote. It’s easy to control the lamp from across the room. You can switch it on and off and change the brightness.Overall, it’s a nice looking lamp. You get what you pay for and bearing in mind the price, it’s a good value budget lamp. It’s a 3.5 which I’ve rounded down.

I was a little nervous as when I bought this it only had one review - and that was negative but I braved it anyway.It arrived and the box was smaller than I imagined it would be. I opened it up and it was easy to build (although the instructions were VERY small - a magnifying glass came in handy (perhaps I'm getting old)).It is not super sturdy, but I have it in the corner of my room and I absolutely love it. Just what I wanted and the remote comes in handy and I love dimability (is that even a word?).Bottom line - very happy.
