I bought this to build muscles in my hand after an operation. It was the turning point to recovery. Now I use it to raise feet in bed when sleeping, put under back for yoga and... also use for what it is meant for: exercise. Best little ball ever. Packs deflated in my bag for trips. I love it.

Purchased this to help massage my abdominal muscles and help relax spasms/knots in my digestive system. It’s a little bigger than expected but works well and creates just enough pressure to work without being uncomfortable. Whilst I found it difficult to fully inflate (the air escapes before you can pop the valve back in), thankfully I need it partially deflated for my use. You receive two straws and an extra cap in case of loss.The main issue I have is that it’s very sticky so may attract! Definitely something to bear in mind if that would bother you, but overall a great buy and affordable little accessory for gentle massage or using in pilates. Would recommend!

I use it for a knee rehabilitation and it fits perfectly because I need it half inflated. However if you want it full inflated there is a problem. You need to blow through the straw provided, remove it quickly and seal the valve... Doesn't matter how fast you are... It loose 1/4 of the air at least before you seal it.
