Richtig mieser Kundenservice
Wir haben uns das Aquarium bestellt, war alles dabei und sah auch optisch schön aus. Leider war die dazugehörige Pumpe nach zwei Wochen so laut dass es kaum mehr zu ertragen war. Auf eine neue Pumpe ohne viel Aufwand ist leider nicht zu hoffen. Da wir schon Besatz im Becken hatten wurde uns vorgeschlagen selbst eine ersatzpumpe zu kaufen um die alte dann einzuschicken und ggf. eine neue zu bekommen. Der Kundenservice hatte also total schwachsinnige Vorschläge und nach einiger Zeit wurden wir auch einfach ignoriert und im Endeffekt mussten wir uns so oder so selbst um eine neue Pumpe kümmern.

Great aquarium, a real eye catcher and a great gift!
got this aquarium for someone I really love so I was worried he might not like it.happy to say I was worried for nothing, this aquarium looks great (see pictures below) and is currently hosting a one happy colorful betta fish named Colombus :)(dont ask me why I chose its name haha)the package comes with ceramic media rocks, a filter and a bag of water conditioner - enough to get it started for the first time.It has a built in LED light on the top and a bubble tube in the center which you can easily cover and it just looks slick!Added pictures, the decorations in them where not included -- I purchased them seperatly and glad I did.

In case you were looking to plant it
Don’t have any fish yet but so far I love it! I did plant it, I know you’re not really supposed to do that with these aquariums do to the filter and how it works. But, I used the supplied media, covered it in netting and then my substrate. Works fine! Not a lot of information on these guys being planted so hopefully this helps!My substrate is also a loose kind so air can travel threw it :)

Great design, buy a bigger one for goldfish though
Happy fish. I'll be honest I bought this first, before having read aquarium advice... apparently this size is too small for goldfish. However I have 2 small fish and they seem ok. But just do your research first. I love the Biorb, it's an elegant compact design. The filter is great and easily changed. It does make noise, though I don't find it too noisy. The light is good too. I'd definitely upgrade to the larger one when my fish grow.
