I prepped and seasoned all three right away to get them broken in. They heat well, maintain the heat, and best of all, everything tastes better in cast iron I would recommend these

Awesome skillet and big enough to cook a whole meal in one pan

Great for making cornbread for one.
This is perfect for making one package of cornbread mix. It comes out just right. I use a toaster oven because heating an oven when cooking for one doesn't make sense to me. It heats very quickly on an induction burner too, faster than a normal cast iron piece. Cooking for one requires creative thinking and this fits right in.
