Chinet Platters, Extra Large, 100Count

...Bit higher price than used to paying, but for now largely unavailable. These were in good condition when shipped...and unlike some shipments that I get these days re Fed Ex... these had some packing inside the box so they arrive in good condition...

Some plates were defective, like 4 or 5 out of the package.

I used to love Chinet plates because they were sturdy and the bottoms did not leak onto your clothes and were sturdy. I’m not sure who is now manufacturing them, but now they leak onto my clothes if I have the plate or platter in my lap while I eat and because they leak, they are less sturdy to carry unless you have a second plate under the leaky one. Some of the platters and plates also have bubbled up plate paper. Occasionally I find embedded particles. I still find them useful for cutting vegetables and meat into portions.

I host our family gatherings and holiday dinners. First thing I do when planning the day is to make sure I have Chinet platters on hand. No worries about flimsy plates!

they are firm & sturdy. You can cut a steak on them & they hold up beautifully!

I've used these paper platters for many family meals ... holidays & just because. They are durable meaning, holds a lot of food! My only complaint is the eating surface can get soggy.

This seller in the second pic makes them look like platters, which is what I searched. They are not platters air plates, and funny enough. They’re one of the only things I’ve ever bought on Amazon and I could not return beware

Be careful when choosing between the Chinet Luncheon and Chinet All Occasion plates. They are the same quantity and same dimensions. But they are not interchangeable. Luncheon plates are not resistant to transfer of grease by leak through. I didn't have that issue with the all occasion plates. Luncheon plates are perfect for sandwiches, salads and desserts like birthday cake and ice cream. I wouldn't use them in future for fried foods at breakfast or dinner
