This does work well enough to notice a difference. However, the pillow is not that firm and it squishes together too much that it is not fit for its use after an hour or so. Sometimes I turn it 90 degrees so the higher parts are making contact with my legs to increase the space. Or I use it along with a thin pillow, which kind of defeats it's purpose. I will be buying a different firmer pillow in future.

This was a lot smaller than I expected, my fault for not taking note of the size in the listing.Having said that however it does the job it is meant for, so if you are a side sleeper use this along with a good pillow and it will help you get a comfortable nights sleep and you will wake up it the morning with little to no pain and feeling refreshed.

Helps with my ham strings

Absolutely brilliant for side sleeper with torn rotator cuffs and neck and shoulder oesteoarthritis. Keeps ALL the weight off shoulders. 1st pain free night sleep in 20years !!! Have ordered 2nd one for legs as I have twisted pelvis and arthritis in lower back and hips. Small enough to take to the sofa too. VERY HAPPY.

Comfortable to sleep with, helping to reduce my lower back and hip pain, not a miracle but definitely helps, wish I’d bought one earlier.
